Yuya Ouchi joins the Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center (APARC) as a visiting postdoctoral scholar for the 2023-2024 academic year. Ouchi is a postdoctoral fellow with the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. While at APARC, he will be conducting research with Professor Kiyoteru Tsutsui on international human rights.
