Rui Minowa

Rui Minowa is a corporate affiliate visiting fellow at the Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center (Shorenstein APARC) for 2016-17.  Minowa has worked at the Development Bank of Japan Inc. (DBJ) for over 20 years with his main responsibilities being corporate finance.  Prior to joining Shorenstein APARC, he was chief manager in charge of human resources management at DBJ.  Minowa received his bachelor's degree of economics from Keio University in 1993.
