Owen Raymond is the China Program Coordinator at the Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from UC Santa Cruz. As an undergraduate student, he worked at the Okinawa Memories Initiative, organized public events, led student groups to Okinawa, Japan, conducted historical research, and curated photographic exhibitions, among other roles. His experience studying Chinese language and literature in Taiwan has left him with a deep interest in cross-cultural collaboration and research. Owen's hobbies include cycling and language study.
