Bin Zhang

Bin Zhang joins the Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center (APARC) as a visiting student researcher for fall and winter quarters of the 2026-2027 academic year. She is currently a PhD candidate in Public Administration at Peking University. While at APARC, she will be working on her dissertation and conducting research on "State Adaptation and Governance Transformation in China’s Village-to-Community Transition.”
