Tsutomu Morigaki is a corporate affiliate visiting fellow at the Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center (Shorenstein APARC) for 2012-13.  He has worked at Mitsubishi Electric Corporation for 20 years.  He has been engaged in designing, developing and deploying information systems for Mitsubishi Electric’s financial companies, as well as coordinating with clients, engineers and vendors as a project manager.  Morigaki obtained his master's degree in interdisciplinary information studies from the University of Tokyo.
