Earn Key Joo is a corporate affiliate visiting fellow at Shorenstein APARC for 2010.  Joo has been working for the Samsung Electronics Company since 1985. He worked at the foreign material managing department for customs clearence and duty drawback of exported materials, was in charge of auditing management and operations of business units and also was a member of Strategic Task Force to plan the industrial complex for the production of LCD panels. He earned his bachelor degree in law from Hanyang University in Korea and received his MBA from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).
